I love LA and one the things that surprises me every single day is how nice and open people are. There is just this special motivating vibe here.
Anyway, here is a list of some of my favorite places to Shop when in Los Angeles.
(ps. I’ll make one with Food places and just places that has to be seen as well)

Shopping:
Melrose place: ( All the good shops like The Row, Chloe, Isabel Marant, Bottega Vaneta etc are located here and they have the cutest displays you can imagine. Plus every Sunday the entire street gets shut down for Melrose Place Farmers Market)
Rodeo Drive: Obviously this is a must to visit when in LA. If you’ve ever seen pretty woman ( movie w. Julia Roberts) this is the street she shops on. Besides it being super LA-ish with Palm trees and really amazing boutique facades of all the big designer houses like; Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Tom Ford, Saint Laurent, Céline, Valentino, Prada and so on ( i think you know the rest of the list). Anyhow – there is ALWAYS crazy ass many Asian people here being tourist running around doing photo sessions and shopping like gorillas in Chanel ( no offense to Asians – i think it’s awesome!!!)
Beverly Drive: The street right next to Rodeo Drive ( parallel ). Here you can find stores like Iro, Sandro, All saints, Maje, Intermix, Planet bleu etc. stores thats a bit more affordable.
Wilshire blvd: Here you will find all the big department stores like; Barneys, Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue.
Robertson blvd:  There is a bit different types of stores here. Chanel has a store ( the staff here is so much nicer than the store on Rodeo). You’ll find All saints, The Kooples, Intermix, Curve etc.
Beverly center: Almost every store is to find here, even the department stores. Plus you’ll find boutiques with some different stuff, like dresses that stands out in the crowd. It is in-door so taking the wonderful Californian weather in consideration, i would try and to this in a rainy day ( yes, that happens sometimes).
The Grove: Outdoor shopping center with a main pedestrian street with a Trolley (old train) that runs on a track in the middle of the street. Plus they have a dancing fountain, music playing out loud. Besides that there’s always a crazy amount of people there (plus a movie theatre ) so the whole vibe is kinda similar to Disney Land haha. But Zara, Mac etc. is located there. Barneys and Nordstrom has departments there as well.
Malibu Country Mart: If you plan to drive out to Malibu you should definitely visit Malibu Country Mart. There is so many good stores here plus it’s an outdoor shopping area and, unlike the grove, the vibe here is super chill and relaxed and just a really nice place to spend time.
Maxfield: last but not least is my favorite store of all times: Mayfield!! They have a store on Melrose and one in Malibu (at the country mart). They are the only store besides Chanel’s own stores, that is allowed to have and sell Chanel. Besides that they have; Balmain, Givenchy, Saint Laurent, RtA, Chrome Hearts, Rick Owens, Céline etc. All my favorite designers are gathered here plus they have some vintage as well.

xx Fine
